Returned by the shipping carrier
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed it will be returned to the shipping address.
If the item is returned by the shipping carrier we will make every attempt to reach out to you to obtain a valid shipping address.
We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes.
We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
You must provide photos of the damaged product and the packing slip. Please email photos of the damaged product and the packing slip to email@example.com.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
